MedEncentive Provider and Support Staff Login and Enrollment Page
The types of providers who are eligible to participate in the MedEncentive Program include physicians (MD and DO) and podiatrists (DPM). Physician assistants and nurse practitioners are also eligible to participate, subject to the medical licensure regulations of the jurisdiction in which they practice. Medical staff members may answer Program questionnaires and make account status inquiries on behalf of physicians if they are enrolled in the Program as a "Delegate" under the supervision of the attending physician.
